DMS Properties, LLC was formed in 2008 by Dale M. Servetnick and Terri H. Osburne to provide residential property management services for Maryland property owners.

Terri brings to the table her many years of experience working in the homebuilding and construction industry and also has a background in Human Resources. Her organizational skills and experience dealing with subcontractors on various new home construction jobs is invaluable. She'll help you get started with the process of rental listings, the processing of applications, or arranging for maintenance of your property.

Terri is originally from North Carolina but has lived in Charles County, MD since 2002.  She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelors Degree in Business.  After graduation, she began her career in the real estate/home building industry, and worked in the industry for over 10 years.  With her years of experience, Terri has the knowledge and skills to provide the excellent service you need to manage your property !  From the application process, to tenant relations and home maintenance, Terri has the background and experience to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.

Dale has been a licensed REALTOR affiliated with Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. since 2002. This new career followed 26 years of Federal Service within the United States Department of the Treasury. Dale has listed in Maryland since 1977, spending 22 years in Northern Prince Georges County and living in Charles County since 1999. He is very familiar with all of the counties surrounding Washington DC, including some of the outlying counties (Howard, Anne Arundel, Carroll, Baltimore and Harford, as well as the Eastern Shore).

In addition to residential property management, his primary focus now is working with REO (bank foreclosure) properties, relocation properties and rental listings. In addition to the listing and selling of these properties, he is repsonsible for maintenance and preservation of the properties for the banks who own them and unfortunately, in some cases, handling the evictions of tenants and/or owners.

Dale is a member of the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors, the Maryland Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
