Thank your for your interest in Maryland Real Estate. As "YOUR Maryland 'Net Real Estate Agent!" I continue expanding the areas where I work and the services that I can provide to you. As a member of the Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR), I can work for you anywhere in the State. I have decided, though that there are limits to where I will practice ... and you can see the Counties, Cities and Towns in Maryland where I can help you. The easiest way for you to get started is to contact me by e-mail ... even with a text message ... or a phone call. This allows us to get started quickly.
If you try to reach me between the hours of 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, there's a good chance that you will be successful. If you do call and I'm unable to answer (because I'm driving or meeting with a client), then be sure to leave a voice message ... or send a text message or e-mail. You should be prepared to provide me with as much information as you can about the type of property you want to buy and your ability to get started (the financing you plan to use for a purchase). The more you can tell me at the beginning, the easier it is for me to help you and the faster we can get started. If you are thinking about selling your home, or are interested in finding out what your home is worth, you should look over the Competitive Market Analysis form that I have developed for those requests. Per the Maryland Real Estate Commission Code of Ethics, any information that you provide to me will be kept strictly confidential. I will not share any information with anyone without your prior authorization, and certainly won't sell it to anyone. The National Association of Realtors (NAR) has determined that people who begin their search for real estate using the Internet are more serious and are more likely to act on their inquiries than those who make blind calls to Realtors as part of a "fishing expedition" to try and find a home. I specialize in working with people just like you! There is never any cost or obligation on your part for contacting me with your questions. If we are going to work together on what is probably the biggest transaction of your life, we need to be ABLE to work together. We need to communicate about the process and the properties that you find interesting. I don't want to waste your time or mine, so if you are unable or unwilling to follow through on a real estate transaction, then I will need to know that. In the current real estate market, it is important to move fast, because in many cases properties that are available today are gone tomorrow. You can help in that process by familiarizing yourself with the Disclosure and Representation forms that we will need to discuss. Building this relationship is the first step so that I know that you are serious about a real estate transaction and you know that you can trust me to handle it successfully for you. Always remember, too, that everything that you tell me about your situation must remain completely confidential according to the Maryland Real Estate Commission Code of Ethics.
