At this time, I do not have an active affiliation with a modular home builder. This is due, in part, to the difficulties with the process of acquiring land on which to build, along with the current state of the housing market. Most builders are too busy with clients that they get on their own to work with Realtors. If you are a builder who would be interested in establishing a relationship with a Realtor for marketing potential properties, contact me and we can discuss the options. I will be happy to help prospective buyers search for land on which to build a home, if that's what they want to do, but I cannot recommend a builder for them to partner with them for the project.
If you don't already own land, that is where I as a licensed Realtor can help you. I will work with you as your Buyer Representative to find a parcel of land that is suitable for building a home.
