There are always properties becoming available that are listed in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and properties that go under contract and are ultimately sold. If you are searching for a home to buy or if you are thinking about selling and want to see what your competition will be, you can review the MLS listings of homes that are currently ACTIVE and UNDER CONTRACT with a KICKOUT CLAUSE. The homes that are UNDER CONTRACT without a KICKOUT CLAUSE and those homes that have SOLD are not included here. I can provide that information to you when you ask me What Your Home Is Worth. According to Census Bureau data, there are 16,575 residences in Temple Hills. This area is also referred to as Camp Springs, and I've worked on some of them. The population of Temple Hills and Camp Springs in 2000 was 40,035 people. Here are the links I have for you in this community:
If you would like to make an appointment to visit any available properties in this community, Contact Me so that I can act as your Buyer Representative. We can make an appointment to meet so we can discuss how to proceed with your search for a home in Temple Hills and Camp Springs. You can also see some of the properties that I've worked with here.
With this property, we had slight problems with the appraisal and had to renegotiate the final purchase price so that my buyer could complete the purchase. If a property doesn't appraise for the purchase price (and theappropriate appraisal contingency is in place), then the purchase price can be adjusted prior to settlement. I'll be glad to explain this to you. This can only be done for a buyer, though, after they have completed a Buyer Representation Agreement. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions that you may have about Real Estate in Maryland. I will gladly tell you how I work as "YOUR Maryland Internet Realtor."
