I was the listing agent for this property. Since January 1,
2002, the average time that a house in Cobb
Island was on the market was 137
days before it sold. I sold this
house in 77 days!
This sale was
complicated because of the sellers' bankruptcy
which we were not told about until the Title
Company did their title search. In addition, the
owner failed to properly file a quit-claim deed
that accurately recorded the ownership of the
property. There was also a contaminated well that
needed to be repaired.
